Technical support for UK customers and our worldwide network of distributors is provided directly from our Shipley headquarters.

Sales and service management teams are located in the same open plan office to assist us in providing a coordinated and swift customer response. Within the UK our team of field based service engineers provides continuous service cover (including weekends).

Each engineer carries a comprehensive range of parts for past and current products within our range. Service engineers are further supported by our warehouse which maintains extensive stocks of original components and sub-assemblies. Our company laboratory can also offer specialist microbiological support for technical problems and queries.

UKAS Calibration/Validation Service also available

In today’s increasingly regulated environment many laboratories require independent accreditation and the need to demonstrate on-going compliance with an array of quality and safety standards. Don Whitley Scientific is accredited by UKAS to provide calibration and validation services for heat sterilisation equipment and temperature controlled processes, not only to support our own products, but for all makes of laboratory autoclaves, temperature monitoring systems and sterilisers.
